SEC. 852. INFORMATION ON CORPORATE CONTRACTOR PERFORMANCE AND INTEGRITY THROUGH THE FEDERAL AWARDEE PERFORMANCE AND INTEGRITY INFORMATION SYSTEM.Subsection (d) of section 2313 of title 41, United States Code, is amended by adding at the end the following new paragraph: `(3) INFORMATION ON CORPORATIONS- The information in the database on a person that is a corporation shall, to the extent practicable, include information on any parent, subsidiary, or successor entities to the corporation in a manner designed to give the acquisition officials using the database a comprehensive understanding of the performance and integrity of the corporation in carrying out Federal contracts and grants.'. |

Performance and Integrity Information System (sec. 852)
The Senate amendment contained a provision (sec. 875) that would require a modification to the Federal Awardee Performance and Integrity Information System to include information on parent, subsidiary, and successor entities. The House bill contained no similar provision. The House recedes with a clarifying amendment. |
