House Conference Report. 114-270

(a) Extension.—Section 1762(g) of title 10, United States Code, is amended by striking “September 30, 2017” and inserting “December 31, 2020”.

(b) Technical amendment.—Such section is further amended by striking “demonstration program” and inserting “demonstration project”.

The Senate amendment contained a similar provision (sec. 1110) that would amend section 1762, title 10, United States Code, to extend the Civilian Acquisition Workforce Personnel Demonstration Project under that section through December 31, 2020.

The House recedes.

House Report 114-201 to accompany H. R. 1735 as it was reported out of the House Armed Services Committee.

Section 817--Extension of Demonstration Project Relating to Certain Acquisition Personnel Management Policies and Procedures

This section would amend section 1762 of title 10, United States Code, by extending the demonstration project relating to certain acquisition personnel management policies and procedures through 2020.

Senate Report 114-49 to accompany S. 1376 as it was reported out of the Senate Armed Services Committee.

Extension of authority for the civilian acquisition workforce personnel demonstration project (sec. 1110)

The committee recommends a provision that would amend section 1762, title 10, United States Code, to extend the Civilian Acquisition Workforce Personnel Demonstration Project under that section through December 31, 2020.
