Requirements related to the
micro-purchase threshold (sec. 806) The Senate amendment contained a provision (sec. 804) that would amend Section 1902(a)(1) of title 41, United States Code to increase the micro-purchase threshold to $10,000. This provision would also prohibit the use of convenience checks for amounts greater than one half of the micro-purchase threshold. The House bill contained no similar provision. The House recedes with a technical amendment. |
