SEC. 810. REPEAL OF THE DEFENSE COST
ACCOUNTING STANDARDS BOARD. (a) Repeal.--Section 190 of title 10, United States Code, is repealed. (b) Clerical Amendment.--The table of sections at the beginning of chapter 7 of such title is amended by striking the item relating to section 190. |
Repeal of the Defense Cost Accounting
Standards Board (sec. 810) The House amendment contained a provision (sec. 834) that would repeal section 190 of title 10, United States Code. The Senate bill contained no similar provision. The Senate recedes. |
