House Conference Report 116-333

Subsection (e) of section 834 of the National Defense Authorization Act for Fiscal Year 2015 (44 U.S.C. 3601 note) is amended by striking ``2020'' and inserting ``2022''.

The House amendment contained a provision (sec. 895) that would extend the sunset date of the Federal Data Center Consolidation Initiative established in section 834 of the Carl Levin and Howard P. ``Buck'' McKeon National Defense Authorization Act for Fiscal Year 2015 (Public Law 113-291) from October 1, 2020, to October 1, 2022.

The Senate bill contained no similar provision.

The Senate recedes.

This section would extend the sunset date of the Federal Data Center Consolidation Initiative established in section 834 of the Carl Levin and Howard P. ``Buck'' McKeon National Defense Authorization Act for Fiscal Year 2015 (Public Law 113-291) from October 1, 2020, to October 1, 2022.
