SEC. 855. TECHNICAL AMENDMENT RELATING TO RESPONSIBILITIES OF DEPUTY ASSISTANT SECRETARY OF DEFENSE FOR MANUFACTURING AND INDUSTRIAL BASE POLICY. Section 139e(b)(12) of title 10, United States Code, is amended by striking `titles I and II' and inserting `titles I and III'.	Technical amendment relating to responsibilities of Deputy Assistant Secretary of Defense for Manufacturing and Industrial Base Policy (sec. 855) The Senate amendment contained a provision (sec. 1086) that would correct an erroneous statutory reference in section 139e of title 10, United States Code, as added by section 896 of the Ike Skelton National Defense Authorization Act for Fiscal Year 2011 (P.L. 11-383). The House bill contained no similar provision. The House recedes.
