Reporting on goals for procurement
contracts awarded to small business concerns (sec. 1613) The House bill contained a provision (sec. 1607) that would amend section 644 of title 15, United States Code, to require each federal agency to submit a report detailing small business concerns. This report would include information regarding, among other concerns, veteran and service-disabled veteran-owned small businesses. The Senate committee-reported bill contained no similar provision. The agreement contains the provision with a clarifying amendment. Added by amendment after House Report was issued. |
