Governmentwide software purchasing
program (sec. 837)
The House bill contained a provision (sec. 5502) that would require the creation of a strategic sourcing initiative for software. The Senate committee-reported bill contained no similar provision. The agreement includes the House provision with a clarifying amendment. |
