Accountability Office reports to Congress (sec. 889)
The House amendment contained a provision (sec. 845) that would require the Comptroller General of the United States to include in his annual report to Congress on the Government Accountability Office each year a list of the most common grounds for sustaining protests relating to bids for contracts during the preceding year. The Senate bill contained no similar provision. The Senate recedes. |
