SEC. 815. Increased maximum amount of assistance for tribal organizations or economic enterprises carrying out procurement technical assistance programs in two or more service areas. Section 2414(a)(4) of title 10, United States Code, is amended by striking "$300,000" and inserting "$600,000".	The Senate amendment contained a provision (sec. 828) that would increase from $300,000 to $600,000 the maximum amount of assistance for tribal organizations or economic enterprises carrying out procurement technical assistance programs in two or more service areas. (See Senate Amendment) The House bill contained no similar provision. The House recedes.
	Senate Amendment SEC. 828. INCREASED MAXIMUM AMOUNT OF ASSISTANCE FOR TRIBAL ORGANIZATIONS OR ECONOMIC ENTERPRISES CARRYING OUT PROCUREMENT TECHNICAL ASSISTANCE PROGRAMS IN TWO OR MORE SERVICE AREAS. Section 2414(a)(4) of title 10, United States Code, is amended by striking '$300,000' and inserting '$600,000'.
