Notice of cost-free Federal procurement
technical assistance in connection with registration of small
business concerns on procurement websites of the Department of
Defense (sec. 1707)
The House bill contained a provision (sec. 867) that would require the Secretary of Defense to establish procedures to include information about cost-free services provided by a Federal procurement technical assistance program in notices or direct communications regarding the registration of a small business on a Department of Defense procurement website. The Senate amendment contained no similar provision. The Senate recedes. |
