Only Chief Justice Rehnquist and Justice Stevens remain on the Court from the Bakke decision.  The changes in Justices from the initial decisions in Bakke and Fullilove to those in Adarand III can be seen in the table below.  Finally, the changes in Justices from Metro to Adarand III is clear.
